NEW DEADLINE: Submit sustainability-related photos to citywide contest on environmental success and opportunity by Feb. 28

Nashville Mayor John Cooper’s Sustainability Advisory Committee, co-chaired by Vanderbilt University Vice Chancellor for Administration Eric Kopstain and Law School lecturer Linda K. Breggin, is seeking photographs that represent Nashville’s environmental successes and opportunities. Photos may include a range of environmental issues, impacts or solutions.

Entries will be judged on relevance to the theme, as well as composition, originality and technical quality, and there will be open voting by the public. Winners will be exhibited online and in various venues around Nashville.

The contest is open to residents of Davidson and surrounding counties. Vanderbilt students may use a campus residence address to enter the contest even if they are an official resident of another city or state.

Entries may be submitted through Feb. 28. Winners will be notified on April 15.

Visit the contest website for complete rules and instructions for submitting entries.
