The Office of Cybersecurity needs your help reaching 100 percent completion of the Foundational Cybersecurity Training to protect the institution’s reputation and comply with evolving regulations. Training must be completed by Friday, March 3.
Do your part and take the training now by logging in to the KnowBe4 portal with your VUNetID.
Completion of the Foundational Cybersecurity Training is an annual requirement for most staff members. All those with an active assignment have received a notification from do-not-reply@training.knowbe4.com and will continue to receive reminders from this address.
Managers can view the progress of their employees in the KnowBe4 team dashboard. For more information, see the FAQ section.
After March 3, any assigned staff member with an incomplete status will experience a disruption in the ability to access Vanderbilt systems. Additionally, managers and vice chancellors will be notified of all employees who have not completed the training.
