Way of Work (Wow) Series – Part 1: Learning, Failure, and Psychological Safety 

Description: We’ve all likely encountered the challenge of learning and experiencing failure. But how does psychological safety factor in? In part 1 of the Way of Work series, learn about the importance of fostering a workplace culture that is safe for learning and failing forward. Adapted from the book, The 4 Stages of Psychological Safety: Defining the Path to Inclusion and Innovation, this workshop will help you recognize the risks involved in the learning process and how to create an environment of rewarded vulnerability.
