Join HR Employee Learning and Engagement on Monday, June 13, from 1:30 to 3 p.m. for #IamRemarkable.
This workshop strives to empower underrepresented groups to speak openly about their accomplishments in the workplace and beyond, thereby breaking modesty norms and glass ceilings. The goals are to:
- encourage everyone, but particularly those in underrepresented groups, to develop the confidence and competence to engage in self-promotion; and
- raise awareness of the challenges facing underrepresented groups in engaging in self-promotion.
HR ELE workshops are offered at no cost to VU employees.
