What is self-care? In this talk by Sarah Jordan Welch-Moore, LMSW, participants will learn what self-care is beyond the buzzword.

Participants will look at ways the last two years have impacted the autonomic nervous system and how our bodies have been affected. They also will learn how to identify and address burnout.
