Vanderbilt University employees achieved a 97 percent active enrollment participation rate during benefits Open Enrollment in October. In the coming days, employees should expect to receive a confirmation email from VU’s benefits vendor, Benefit Express. This email contains a link to your Open Enrollment confirmation statement, which contains all of your elections for calendar year 2022 benefits.
When you receive your confirmation email, you will need to enter the last four digits of your Social Security number and your date of birth to access the attached document. Please keep a copy of your confirmation statement for future reference.
Note: This email is for reference only. Open Enrollment for 2022 benefits is closed.
You may not change your elections unless you have a qualifying life event, such as the following:
- marriage
- birth or adoption of a child(ren)
- death of a covered dependent
- divorce or legal separation
- loss or gain of insurance coverage by your spouse’s employer-sponsored coverage
- termination of employment
