Vanderbilt’s Oracle Cloud environment will undergo its next quarterly upgrade the weekend of Nov. 19–20.
Downtime begins 9 p.m. Friday
This quarterly update is scheduled to begin on Friday, Nov. 19, at 9 p.m. and end on Saturday, Nov. 20. Please plan ahead for this period when the system will be unavailable.
A downtime notice will be displayed on the SkyVU website while the update is underway and will be removed when the update is complete and the system is available to all users.
Submit, approve time cards for biweekly period before departing for Thanksgiving
Biweekly employees and student workers should always submit their time cards, and their managers should take action to approve those time cards, as soon as work is completed on the second Friday of the biweekly period and prior to departing for any holiday breaks (unless they will be working over the weekend or break).
If you will be working over the upcoming weekend(s) and/or Thanksgiving holidays, please ensure your time card for the Nov. 14–27 biweekly period is submitted as soon as possible after you finish working and approved by your manager(s) before noon on Monday, Nov. 29.
