Oct. 31 is the final day that editing is available in VU Coeus. All proposal approval routing and submission will take place in the new Vanderbilt Electronic Research Administration system beginning Nov. 1.
As of Monday, Oct. 25, proposals slated for submission on or after Nov. 1 are being routed for departmental approval in VERA so that they can be reviewed by SPA and submitted in VERA.
VU Coeus will be available in read-only format for archival purposes beginning Nov. 1.
As a reminder, users can log in to VERA using their VUnetID and password at vera.vanderbilt.edu.
