Phase two of the soft launch of the Vanderbilt Electronic Research Administration software will begin on Nov. 1.
As of Nov. 1:
- All proposals due to a sponsor on or after Nov. 1 must be routed for administrative approvals through VERA.
- NIH proposals due on or after Nov. 1 may be submitted system-to-system through VERA. Non-system-to-system proposals may be created in VERA for these submissions if you prefer to submit them through NIH Assist.
- SPA specialists will begin to review routed proposals in VERA beginning Monday, Oct. 25.
- Proposals due in November or beyond may be created in VERA now.
As a reminder, users can log in to VERA using their VUnetID and password at vera.vanderbilt.edu.
