To ensure the safety of the Vanderbilt and surrounding community, a section of the sidewalk along 21st Avenue between Grand Avenue and Scarritt Place will be closed beginning Saturday, Oct. 2, to continue work on the renovation and addition project at the Owen Graduate School of Management.
Pedestrian traffic will need cross to the east side of 21st Avenue at Grand Avenue or at Scarritt Place, or into the center of campus.
The transformative project at OGSM will bring all of the school’s student body back under one roof, add innovative learning spaces, and redesign the school’s 21st Avenue entrance to be more welcoming and improve connectivity to the Nashville community.
The sidewalk will reopen as soon as it is deemed safe for passage. The entire OGSM project is expected to be completed in summer 2022.
