Occupational Health offering walk-in COVID-19 vaccinations

The Vanderbilt Occupational Health Clinic is now offering the COVID-19 vaccine to Vanderbilt faculty, staff and postdoctoral scholars on a walk-in basis. Faculty, staff and postdocs no longer need to schedule an appointment for a COVID-19 vaccination.

Those who need their first or second dose of the Pfizer vaccine may walk in to the Occupational Health Clinic vaccination location on the sixth floor of the Medical Arts Building.

Faculty, staff and postdocs, including those who have received their vaccination from Occupational Health, VUMC or a VUMC clinic, must submit their full vaccination record, which includes the first and second dose, to the university’s  vaccine tracker submission form to be in compliance with the university’s COVID-19 vaccination requirement.

Walk-in COVID-19 vaccinations will be available on the following days and times starting July 7:

  • Tuesdays – 7 a.m.–3 p.m.
  • Wednesdays – 8 a.m.–4 p.m.
  • Thursdays – 8 a.m.–4 p.m.
  • Fridays – 7 a.m.–3 p.m.
