Origami Risk, Vanderbilt’s reporting system for new occurrences of employee injury or illness, non-employee injury or illness, property and vehicle damage and other risk incidents, will be migrated to a new environment on Saturday, Jan. 30, resulting in a new website address. Due to this migration, the system will be unavailable from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Jan. 30 and unable to accept any new incident reports during this time.
