Vanderbilt University employees and their families are invited to cheer on the Vanderbilt women’s basketball team as they take on the Missouri Tigers on Thursday, Feb 20. This free Employee Appreciation event begins with a Family Fest at 5 p.m. in the Memorial Practice Gym, followed by the game at 7 p.m.
The Family Fest will feature games, inflatables and other fun activities for kids of all ages. This year’s event will partner with the Vanderbilt Child and Family Center to feature a Summer Camp Fair. The Summer Camp Fair will provide information about day and overnight camps, Vanderbilt-sponsored camps and other programs in the Nashville area. Learn more. >>
Vanderbilt University employees must register to attend the Family Fest and game at vu.edu/bball from Jan. 31 to Feb. 14. Please register, even if you plan to attend the pre-game Family Fest event only.
Game tickets are free but must be reserved in advance.
Tickets can be picked up at the practice gym beginning at 5 p.m. Feb. 20 only; there is no early pickup. All game attendees, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the gym. Once you receive your tickets, you are not permitted to leave and re-enter the gym. You’ll need to show your gold VU ID with iclass symbol to pick up tickets. Please wear black and gold to show your Vandy spirit! Free tickets will not be given to anyone wearing the Missouri Tigers logo.
Any unclaimed tickets to the game will be handed out on a first-come basis at the pregame Family Fest from 6:30 to 6:45 p.m.
Parking for the event is available in the 25th Avenue Garage, or you my park in your normal university parking location.
