From acrylic paintings to wreaths, we invite crafters of all trades to enter the Employee Appreciation Picnic: At the County Fair craft fair.
Would your holiday wreath make Martha Stewart jealous? Do you dream of opening an Etsy shop? Enter your best DIY project and/or art project. Check out the official rules and submission guidelines on our website. You also can submit your entry there; be sure to have a photo of your submission handy when signing up as you are required to submit a photo or description of the craft prior to the event. The deadline to enter is Friday, May 10.
This year’s picnic is set for Tuesday, May 14, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
To gain admission, bring your valid Vanderbilt University ID to the ticket booth under the main tent on Magnolia Lawn to enjoy a free food truck meal (or buffet), games, prizes and more.
The annual Employee Appreciation Picnic is an opportunity to express thanks to Vanderbilt employees for playing an integral role in the university’s purpose and mission.
