Laura Barker, a horticultural specialist with Vanderbilt Plant Operations’ Grounds Maintenance team, will discuss raised-bed gardening from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 26, at the Vanderbilt Recreation and Wellness Center teaching kitchen.
Learn how to start vegetable and flower gardens and receive information about seeds, transplanting and growing recommendations. Make this gardening season your best ever using tips from an expert.
Come dressed comfortably and casually; you will have a chance to plant cool-weather vegetable and flowering plants.
