Food-truck menus revealed for Employee Appreciation Picnic

Vanderbilt University’s Employee Appreciation Picnic: Under the Big Top is set for Tuesday, May 15, from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Magnolia Lawn on the Peabody College campus.

This is the first year that Vanderbilt University will independently host the annual Employee Appreciation Picnic to thank employees for their hard work throughout the year. You won’t want to miss out on this exciting new carnival-themed event.

This year’s picnic has added more food trucks to the selection of available vendors, featuring a wide variety of cultural foods for university employees to enjoy.

Visit the Employee Appreciation website to see a complete list of the food trucks and their menus. Each employee will receive one meal from one food truck.

Bring your valid Vanderbilt University ID to the ticket booth under the big top on Magnolia Lawn to enjoy a free food truck meal, as well as games, prizes and lots of fun.
