Vanderbilt University’s Employee Appreciation Picnic: Under the Big Top—set for Tuesday, May 15, from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. on Magnolia Lawn on the Peabody College campus—will feature fun and games for everyone.
This is the first year that Vanderbilt University will host its own Employee Appreciation picnic to thank employees for their hard work throughout the year. A university-only event, it has a new theme, new location, and new complimentary food options for university employees. You won’t want to miss out on this exciting new carnival-themed picnic.
The Vanderbilt University Employee Appreciation Picnic: Under the Big Top brings multiple food trucks to campus, featuring a variety of cultural foods, and loads of fun games and activities you and your colleagues can enjoy:

Bring your Vanderbilt University ID to the ticket booth under the big top on Magnolia Lawn to enjoy a free food truck meal, games, prizes and lots of fun.
