Looking for a way to get outside this spring, switch up your workout, increase your flexibility, or challenge your strength?
Join the Vanderbilt Recreation and Wellness Center for a 30-minute outdoor yoga class and a 30-minute meditation class led by Vanessa Beasley, dean of The Martha Rivers Ingram Commons, that will rejuvenate and energize your afternoon. The event is planned for Wyatt Lawn at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, April 17.
Don’t forget to wear comfortable clothing. Yoga mats will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
In case of inclement weather, the event will be moved inside The Commons Center.
