Looking for a way to get outside this spring, switch up your workout, increase your flexibility or challenge your strength?

Join the Vanderbilt Recreation and Wellness Center for a 45-minute outdoor yoga class that will rejuvenate and energize your afternoon. Enjoy Tennessee’s spring weather on Alumni Lawn beginning at noon Thursday, March 15.

Wear comfortable clothing. Yoga mats will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own. In case of inclement weather, please check out our group fitness schedule.
