Email firstname.lastname@example.org a photo of your team with a short description of what you did to celebrate to win a department prize.
- Host a healthy potluck with your coworkers. Everyone brings a dish to share.
- Ditch the candy dish. Fill it with a healthy alternative, or keep the dish out of sight.
- Stock your breakroom with healthy snacks. People generally eat what’s available. Try fresh fruit or protein and fiber rich granola bars.
- Dump the donuts. Try a yogurt parfait bar or overnight oats to feed the whole crowd.
