The Vanderbilt Recreation and Wellness Center invites you to join our personal training program in the new year. Available for one-hour or 30-minute training sessions, our trainers set up direct meetings with you to fit your schedule.
VRWC trainers hold nationally recognized personal training certifications, have years of experience, and offer a variety of techniques—including HIIT, boxing, boot camp, spin, stretching, and Olympic lifting—to address your specific interests and needs.
Personal training is available to VRWC members and nonmembers. Session rates are $60 per hour. Through the end of January, buy five sessions and get one free.
