Vanderbilt employees and their families are invited to attend the Employee Celebration Fan Fest and Vanderbilt women’s basketball game on Thursday, Feb. 11. The free event begins at 6:30 p.m. in the Memorial Practice Gym, followed by the Vanderbilt vs. University of Tennessee game at 8 p.m.
Join in the fun at Fan Fest, which will feature food, games and inflatables. Then come cheer on our Commodores as they take on their in-state rival.
Online registration for both the pregame Fan Fest and the game opens Monday, Jan. 18, and runs through Friday, Feb. 5. The registration link will be posted on the Employee Celebration website on Jan. 18. Tickets are free but must be reserved in advance. Please reserve tickets even if you plan to attend the pregame event only.
Tickets to the game are available for pickup at the practice gym beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Feb. 11 only; there is no early pickup. A Vanderbilt ID is required to receive tickets, and employees are encouraged to show their black and gold spirit. Free tickets will not be given to anyone wearing orange apparel or the University of Tennessee logo.
Any unclaimed tickets to the game will be handed out on a first-come, first-served basis at the pregame Fan Fest beginning at 7:50 p.m.
Please note: All game attendees, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the gym. Once you receive your tickets, you are not permitted to leave and re-enter the gym.
Parking for the event is available in the Medical Center lots at the corner of Natchez Trace and Jess Neely Drive, or you may park in your normal parking location.
