Open Enrollment is right around the corner. Are you ready? To help you prepare, Vanderbilt’s HR team is sharing the top 10 things you need to know.

Open Enrollment elections should be submitted online in My VU Benefits. You can make elections from any Internet-connected computer or device, anywhere in the world. All you will need is your VUnetID and password to access My VU Benefits.

If you need help enrolling or don’t have access to a computer, stop by the Health and Benefits Fair, attend an enrollment lab, or visit HR Express on the second floor of the 2525 West End Building. Information on the times and locations of the enrollment labs will be listed soon on the HR website at hr.vanderbilt.edu/oe.

Open Enrollment begins at 8 a.m. on Oct. 14 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on Oct. 30. Elections are effective Jan. 1–Dec. 31, 2016, unless you have a qualifying event such as marriage, divorce or the birth of a child.
