The Vanderbilt Recreation and Wellness Center’s Life Phase Series will present “De-stress with Yoga on the Lawn” from noon to 12:45 p.m. on Thursday, May 14.
Join Lori Cowan, a VRWC group fitness coordinator, for a 45-minute outdoor yoga class that will rejuvenate and de-stress you while providing an opportunity to enjoy the spring weather in Tennessee. Wear comfortable clothing, and come for part or all of the class. Equipment will be provided.
The class will be held on the grassy area between Light Hall and the Veterans Administration Hospital. In the event of rain, the class will be held in the Light Hall lobby.
The event is sponsored by the Vanderbilt Recreation and Wellness Center and open to the Vanderbilt community.
