
Vanderbilt’s International Lens film series will screen Moved on Saturday, March 14, at Sarratt Cinema, with an introduction by Professor of English Sam Girgus. The event begins at 7:30 p.m.
Filmed in one take, Moved is a dark breakup comedy about a woman seeking closure as she moves out of a shared apartment. The work was written and directed by Julie Sharbutt, a 2003 Vanderbilt graduate, who also stars.
Moved was funded via Kickstarter.com and premiered at the 2013 Big Apple Film Festival.
