Employees wanting to learn more about Vanderbilt’s retirement plan transition or get help planning their investments have several options, including workshops and one-on-one consultations with Fidelity representatives.
Managers also may request that representatives visit their department meetings or arrange a block of time for their team members to have one-on-one consultations on the transition website.
Fidelity meetings and workshops
Fidelity has added additional days and times for on-campus one-on-one planning sessions. Sessions are available on a first-come, first-scheduled basis. For individualized guidance, you need to make an appointment at least 24 hours in advance. Click here to schedule. Please note that you may need to click “View all One-on-One In-Person Consultations” to see the complete list of available appointments.
Beginning in February, Fidelity will hold workshops at several locations on campus. Visit the Information Sessions page to see the list of available workshops. Fidelity representatives will also be available for meetings with your department. For additional information and instructions on scheduling meetings, visit the Request a Meeting page.
