Meet at Medical Center North Drop Off for a 25-minute group walk. All levels of fitness are welcome and participants are encouraged to walk at their own pace.
The CDC Recommends that adults get 150 minutes of physical activity each week. Leverage the power of social support to increase your activity. A walking group is a great way to get active together. Consider bringing a co-worker along and have a walking meeting!
