Dayani Center offering boot camp class packages


The Vanderbilt Dayani Center for Health and Wellness is now offering outdoor/indoor boot camp class packages .

Boot Camp is a high-intensity class featuring cardio drills and strength training exercises. The exercises include, but are not limited to, running, jumping, stair climbing, push-ups, sit-ups, lunges, squats and more. All fitness levels are welcome.

Classes are offered on the following days and times:

  • Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m.
  • Wednesdays at noon (indoors and free for Dayani members)
  • Thursdays at 5:30 p.m.


  • Members — $40 for 8 classes
  • Nonmembers — $70 for 8 classes
