The walkway from 25th Avenue South to the entrance of the Student Recreation Center will be closed from 5:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 12, and Wednesday, Feb. 13, to accommodate construction on the new athletic multipurpose facility.
The construction involves the installation of a 28-ton truss that will anchor the north end of the building. Two cranes are required to install the truss. Access to the Student Recreation Center will be available only from the Natchez Trace side during this time.
