Using the Vanderbilt Mail Order Pharmacy for your prescriptions just got more convenient. In addition to getting up to 90 days’ worth of medication delivered right to your door, employees enrolled in the Vanderbilt Health Plan with prescription coverage from Navitus now can order refills using an easy online form. No signing, scanning or faxing is required.

The new online form can be found on the pharmacy’s webpage. All you need to get started is the following:

  1. Your Navitus ID number.
  2. The prescription number for the medication you want to refill. (This can be found on your current package’s label.)

Enter this information along with your name, address and daytime phone number, and you’re good to go. You may be contacted if the pharmacy has questions about your refill or you do not have a payment card on file. If it’s your first time using the mail order service, you’ll be asked a few additional questions and have the opportunity to sign up for text and email updates on your prescription status.

Remember, the Vanderbilt Mail Order Pharmacy offers the lowest prescription co-pays and allows you to get up to a 90-day supply of medications you take every day. If you fund a health care flexible spending account (FSA), you can pay using your debit card and avoid the hassle of filing a claim.
