Registration for Employee Tailgate opens Sept. 4

UPDATE: Registration for tickets to the Sept. 19 football game is now closed.

Due to demand, all of the football tickets have been allocated. Any reserved tickets not claimed by 3 p.m. on Sept. 19 will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 3:05 p.m. at the Employee Tailgate ticket tent at Recreation Field No. 1.

Posted 8/19/15: Vanderbilt employees and their families are invited to an exclusive pre-game tailgate on Saturday, Sept. 19, at noon and the Vanderbilt vs. Austin Peay football game to follow at 3 p.m. The annual Employee Tailgate will be held at Recreation Field No. 1 and will feature food, games, a DJ and more. A Vanderbilt ID is required for admission.

Online ticket registration for the football game and pre-game tailgate party will begin Friday, Sept. 4. The online form will be published on the Tailgate 2015 website on Sept. 4. Tickets are free to employees and their families but must be reserved in advance. There are a limited number of tickets available, and each employee may reserve up to four tickets. If you need more than four tickets to accommodate your immediate family, you must first complete the online reservation form (live on Sept. 4), then email tailgate@vanderbilt.edu.

Please register in advance, even if you only plan to attend the pre-game tailgate party.

Football tickets will be available for pickup at the pre-game tailgate event ONLY on the day of the event, Sept. 19; there is no early pickup. Employees must present a Vanderbilt ID to receive tickets. Any reserved tickets not claimed by 3 p.m. Sept. 19 will be made available on a first-come, first-served basis from 3:05 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

All game attendees, regardless of age, must have a ticket to enter the stadium.

Free parking for the event will be available in the West Garage on Children’s Way. There will be no parking adjacent to the field. Print a parking permit.
