Lunch and Learn: Caring for a family member with Alzheimer’s

The Vanderbilt Child and Family Center will hold a lunch and learn for those with family members with Alzheimer’s. Elizabeth Masic, executive director of Barton House, will speak on best practices for communicating and activities you can participate in while caring for someone who resides at home. Examples of activities will be given for early, mid, and late stages of the disease.

The talk takes place Wednesday, March 19, in Light Hall, Room 431, Noon to 1 p.m. Attendees are invited to bring a sack lunch.
