Open Enrollment for 2014 benefits is Oct. 16-31. When you enroll, you will need your VUnetID and ePassword.
If you can’t remember your ePassword, go to the Access VU website and click on “Change ePassword.”
If you can’t remember your VUnetID and ePassword, contact the VUIT Help Desk at 343-4357.
If you have not used your ePassword since last year’s Open Enrollment, you will need to reset it using these quick and easy steps:
- Contact the VUIT Help Desk at 343-4357.
- Ask the support provider to “reclaim” your account.
- Once your account is reclaimed, go to the AccessVU website and click on “Re-Authenticate.” Follow the directions to reset your ePassword. You will need the last five digits of your social security number, your birth date and your legal first and last names.
