A Healthier You: ‘Home Exercise Program’ Aug. 1

Jul. 25, 2019—Derek Buss from VUH Inpatient Physical Therapy will discuss creating a home exercise program from noon to 12:45 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 1, in Light Hall, Room 214. The talk is part of A Healthier You, a monthly educational series providing information on a variety of topics including nutrition, physical activity and the psychosocial components of health and well-being.
