Oct. 16, 2019—Dr. Lilian Cheung from the Harvard School of Public Health will present "Alleviate Stress Through Mindfulness" on Thursday, Oct. 24, from 1 to 2 p.m. in Light Hall, Room 202.
Sep. 19, 2019—"A Healthier You" is a monthly educational series offered the first Thursday of every month to provide information on a variety of topics including nutrition, physical activity and the psychosocial components of health and well-being.
Jul. 25, 2019—Derek Buss from VUH Inpatient Physical Therapy will discuss creating a home exercise program from noon to 12:45 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 1, in Light Hall, Room 214. The talk is part of A Healthier You, a monthly educational series providing information on a variety of topics including nutrition, physical activity and the psychosocial components of health and well-being.
