Feb. 8, 2019—A key feature of the Oracle Cloud update, scheduled to begin Friday, Feb. 15, at 9 p.m. and end on Saturday, Feb. 16, is an enhanced interface for all users on the "Home" screen. A downtime notice will be displayed on the SkyVU website while the update is underway.
Jan. 15, 2019—Regularly scheduled maintenance is completed in Vanderbilt’s Oracle Cloud beginning on the third Friday of each month starting at 9 p.m. and ending the next day.
Dec. 18, 2018—Regularly scheduled maintenance will take place Dec. 21-22. Biweekly employees should submit their time cards, and their managers should approve those time cards, as soon as work is completed on Friday, Dec. 21.
Aug. 11, 2018—Vanderbilt’s Oracle Cloud environment will undergo regular system maintenance and updates during the last two weekends in August. Please plan ahead, as Oracle Cloud will not be available to users during these times.
Jul. 2, 2018—Effective July 1, in an effort to ensure timely support, submitting a ticket on the SkyVU website will no longer be required. Instead, directly contact the department that oversees the function about the issue.
