Nurse saves baby born in back seat of car in Medical Center East parking lot
School of Nursing student Steven Welton will never forget the first baby he delivered. Welton took charge when Elijah Youssef was born unexpectedly in the back seat of the family’s Honda outside Medical Center East last week.
