George Barrett Social Justice Program
Sep. 21, 2020—The George Barrett Social Justice Program, the Public Interest Office and Law Students for Social Justice will host a panel discussion from noon to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 30, on Tennessee's recently passed anti-protest legislation.
Sep. 19, 2019—Actor and activist Danny Glover, ACLU National Legal Director David Cole and labor leader Bruce Raynor will discuss social justice advocacy at Vanderbilt Law School Oct. 10. at 6 p.m. Tickets will be available to the Vanderbilt community Sept. 25.
Jan. 25, 2019—Chris Guthrie, the John Wade-Kent Syverud Professor of Law, has been reappointed to a five-year term as dean of the Vanderbilt Law School.
