Oct. 17, 2016—The Margaret Cuninggim Women's Center will host "Eating Disorder Recovery: A Personal Story of Hope" from noon to 1 p.m. Monday, Oct. 24, at Sarratt Student Center, Room 216/220. Courtney Grimes, clinical director of Renewed Eating Disorders Support, will be the speaker. The event is part of the Women's Center's Work-Life Workshops series.
Mar. 25, 2015—"Silent Epidemic: Eating Disorders on College Campuses," a conversation with Johanna Kandel, is scheduled for Tuesday, April 7, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in the Student Life Center Board of Trust Room.
Feb. 19, 2015—This year’s campaign is titled “I Had No Idea," focusing on surprising subsets of the population who are susceptible to eating disorders.

Mar. 5, 2014—Award-winning author Courtney E. Martin will deliver the 2014 Cuninggim Lecture on Women in Culture and Society at Vanderbilt University March 25. Her talk, “Perfect Girls: A Generation of Young Women Were Told We Could Do Anything and Somehow Heard that We had to be Everything,” is free and open to the public.
