Oct. 13, 2016—John Kappler, Ph.D., a pioneer in the study of autoimmune diseases, will deliver the next Flexner Discovery Lecture at 4 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 20, in room 208 Light Hall.
Sep. 29, 2016—Geriatrician and health services researcher Joanne Lynn, M.D., spoke on building health systems for the elderly during her recent Flexner Discovery Lecture. Lynn is the director of the Center for Elder Care and Advanced Illness at the nonprofit Altarum Institute.
