Nov. 6, 2020—A partial closure of the southbound lane of 21st Avenue between the entrance to the School of Nursing and the intersection of 21st and Edgehill avenues is schedule for Saturday, Nov. 7, and Saturday, Nov. 14, starting at approximately 6:30 a.m. each day.
Jun. 7, 2018—The conversion of the eighth floor of Medical Center East (MCE)-North Tower on the Vanderbilt University Medical Center campus from outpatient space to inpatient beds is now complete and the new unit is scheduled to open on Tuesday, June 19.
Feb. 20, 2018—At its February meeting, the University Staff Advisory Council welcomed Associate Vice Chancellor and Chief Facilities Officer Mike Perez, who gave an overview of the FutureVU initiative. Perez spoke about current projects as well as future areas of focus and provided a vision of what the Vanderbilt campus may look like by 2023.
Feb. 11, 2018—Construction crews working at the site of the new residential college in the West End neighborhood will begin blasting on Monday, Feb. 12. Blasting is expected to continue through the end of March.
