Athletics events may bring high volume of traffic to campus
The Vanderbilt Commodores are scheduled to take on the University of Kentucky on Tuesday, Feb. 6, at 7:30 p.m. and Texas A&M on Tuesday, Feb. 13, at 6 p.m. at Memorial Gym. On Feb. 6 there is also a special event at Langford Auditorium. These events are expected to cause higher volume of traffic in the area and the 25th Avenue Garage. Vanderbilt University biologists discover that rising temperature accelerates aging in mosquitoes, weakening their immune system
A study by Vanderbilt biology graduate student Lindsay Martin and Centennial Professor of Biological Sciences Julián Hillyer found that mosquitoes age more quickly when temperatures are higher.
