Biomedical engineer awarded $1.1M to study molecular underpinnings of human brain networks on a large scale
 
Mikail Rubinov, assistant professor of biomedical engineering, computer science, psychiatry and psychology, has been awarded a four-year, $1.1 million grant from the National Institute of Mental Health to better understand the development and organization of brain networks, as well as their change in development and aging.

Rescheduled 2022 MLK Joint Day of Service set for April 2
 
The annual MLK Joint Day of Service brings together hundreds of student volunteers from Nashville-area colleges and universities to continue the dream of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. through service. This year’s event will be on Saturday, April 2, beginning at 10 a.m. at Tennessee State University’s Gentry Center. Following the opening program, volunteers will go to different service sites. Lunch will be provided.
