1.   Two Class of 2022 students awarded Keegan Traveling Fellowships
    Yousef Abu-Salah and Louisa “Loulou” Byars, both members of Vanderbilt’s Class of 2022, have been named Michael B. Keegan Traveling Fellows for 2022–23. The Keegan Fellowship aims to enhance the development of future leaders through world travel and experiential learning. [ Read More ]
2.   New faculty appointed to lead residential colleges
    Three new residential faculty have been appointed as leaders in shaping student learning experiences beyond the classroom. Ravindra Duddu will be the inaugural faculty head of Rothschild College, scheduled to begin housing students in fall 2022. In addition, Sutherland House and Murray House will welcome two new faculty heads of house: Chezare Warren and Renã A.S. Robinson. [ Read More ]
3.   Emilie Townes to conclude deanship of Vanderbilt Divinity School in 2023
    Emilie M. Townes, who has led the reenvisioning of theological education at Vanderbilt Divinity School while increasing the visibility of the institution’s historical commitment to seeking justice, will step down as dean effective June 30, 2023. [ Read More ]

9.   Neurodiversity Inspired Science and Engineering graduate trainee program now accepting applications
    Applications are open through June 15 for the Neurodiversity Inspired Science and Engineering graduate trainee program. The NISE program engages students across STEM disciplines in the development, deployment and commercialization of future of work at the human technology frontier (FW-HTF) approaches and devices that support neurodiverse individuals, and/or that are inspired by their abilities.
