Vanderbilt has launched new multiyear agreements with a select group of suppliers for the purchase of apparel, promotional products, uniforms and awards by Vanderbilt University and the Vanderbilt Health system, effective July 1, 2026.
The agreements are the result of an extensive review by Vanderbilt’s Brand Marketing office and Purchasing Services. The goal was to establish preferred, nonexclusive relationships with a limited number of suppliers capable of delivering products that meet Vanderbilt’s high standards for quality, brand compliance and operational excellence.
As a result, Vanderbilt has designated a restricted group of approved internal campus suppliers as the only vendors authorized to market and sell apparel, promotional products, uniforms and awards to students, faculty and staff within the university and Vanderbilt Health system.
Updates and Training
The Brand Marketing office will host an Internal Campus Supplier Updates and Training session at noon on Aug. 31 for anyone within the university or Vanderbilt Health who orders apparel, promotional products, uniforms or awards. The session will cover how to order merchandise, new licensee capabilities and branding updates. Please register if you’d like to attend.
