Staff volunteers needed for Reunion Weekend Nov. 6–9

Vanderbilt University will welcome 4,500+ alumni to campus Nov. 6–9 for Reunion, and staff volunteers are needed as Vanderbilt Ambassadors to make the weekend a success. Opportunities include registration check-in, greeting alumni, assisting on tours and more. Volunteering for Reunion is a great way to meet, connect and serve with colleagues from across campus. All staff volunteers will receive a thank you gift, so be sure to stop by Registration HQ in the Carmichael Great Room on Friday, Nov. 7 (8 a.m.–3 p.m.) to pick up your gift, or connect with us by email if we miss you (reunion@vanderbilt.edu).

Please review the available slots in the Reunion Staff Volunteer Sign Up Form and select the shifts you are available.  We especially need help filling in our Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday shifts.
