Meet Quincy: People, Culture and Belonging launches new chatbot

People, Culture and Belonging is excited to introduce Quincy, our new chatbot. Quincy is designed to provide quick answers, helpful guidance and support to make your experience smoother and more efficient. Launched Dec. 11, 2024, Quincy can assist you with all your PCB questions. 

Features: 

  • People Experience: Get answers about university policies, payroll and benefits any time you need 
  • Health, Wellbeing and Belonging: Access information through resources like Personify Health (previously Virgin Pulse), Lyra Health and Employee Affinity Groups 
  • Futures Learning Hub: Discover information about classes available through Digital Learning Marketplace 
  • Equity and Engagement: Learn more about Title IX, Student Access and Equal Opportunity Access 

Where’s Quincy?
Visit the People, Culture and Belonging website and click on Quincy in the lower right corner. Quincy will prompt you to type your question.

Intake Form

We know Quincy may not be able to answer every question a faculty or staff member needs, which is why we’re also launching our new intake form.  Our intake form, found in Oracle, is designed to streamline how we support you. This form will help ensure your questions and requests are routed directly to the appropriate department, allowing us to provide you with the right assistance more efficiently. By filling out the intake form, you’ll receive quicker, more targeted support, tailored to your needs.
