6.) 2025 Outstanding Senior
Luis Enrique Otero was named Vanderbilt’s Class of 2025 Outstanding Senior, an honor that recognizes exceptional leadership, service and academic achievement. Otero and nine other finalists were celebrated during halftime at the Homecoming football game.

Vanderbilt senior Penny Fries took us behind the scenes during the Reunion Weekend Vanderbilt football game and showed us her day as a member of the Spirit of Gold Marching Band.

During Reunion Weekend, Chancellor Daniel Diermeier shared the news with alumni and supporters that Vanderbilt exceeded its ambitious $3.2 billion goal nearly two years early, establishing a launching pad for even bolder, more far-reaching impact.
