VUIT has announced the implementation of a new and enhanced help desk system coming Nov. 19. The updated system will offer the following improved functionality for our campus community:
- New Chat Interface: Get quick resolutions to common issues, with the option to seamlessly transition to a live agent for additional assistance.
- Searchable Knowledge Base: Easily find concise and accurate answers to frequently asked questions.
- Streamlined Service Catalog: Provide needed information upfront for common requests, improving response times and reducing back-and-forth communication.
In addition to these new features, VUIT will continue to provide:
- Live Phone Support: Speak with experts at the VUIT Tech Hub.
- In-Person Support: Visit the VUIT Tech Hub at Hill Center for face-to-face assistance.
- On-Campus Support: Request on-site support as needed.
