Vanderbilt is gearing up for Commencement May 9–10, and staff help is needed to celebrate our graduates and their families.
The university has volunteer opportunities available for Graduates Day and the Commencement celebration on Thursday, May 9, and the Class of 2024’s undergraduate ceremony on Friday, May 10.
Opportunities include passing out water and fans, working check-in tables, serving as a greeter and more.
Staff volunteers for Commencement will receive:
- snacks and drinks
- a gift for volunteering
- a great opportunity to network with others across campus
- the chance to play a vital role in one of the university’s largest and most prestigious events
