To remove a crane from the Residential College C construction site, the pedestrian routes along West End Avenue between 25th Avenue South and the job site will be changed for Feb. 26–28.
- 25th Avenue South sidewalks near West End Avenue will remain open
- Pedestrians using the West End Avenue south sidewalk should cross to the northside using the designated crosswalks at 25th Avenue South or near the RCC job site
- Pedestrians approaching from the east near 23rd Avenue should cross West End Avenue at the designated crosswalk
- Large trucks will be staged along this portion of West End Avenue to assist with the removal
